In Person Support Groups
As we begin to resume our in-person groups, remember that the pandemic is not over!
Do not attend in-person groups if you experience any COVID-19 symptoms, or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19.
Masks are required during all in-person meetings.

Portland Trans Only
In the interest of preventing the spread of COVID-19, this group is reserved for residents of the Portland area. Please do not travel more than an hour to attend this group!
When: Second and Fourth Monday of the month 6:30pm – 8:00pm
Where: Equality Community Center, 15 Casco St. Portland
This support group provides peer-to-peer support for Transgender identified people. For the comfort and safety of those who attend this group, we ask that it be a Trans identifying only space.

Bangor Trans Only
In the interest of preventing the spread of COVID-19, this group is reserved for residents of the Bangor area. Please do not travel more than an hour to attend this group!
When: Second Tuesdays of the month 6:30pm – 8:00pm
Where: Hammond St Congregational Church, corner High St
This support group provides peer-to-peer support for Transgender identified people. For the comfort and safety of those who attend this group, we ask that it be a Trans identifying only space.

Portland 35+ Group
When: 3rd Sunday of the month, from 2-4pm
Where: Equality Community Center, 15 Casco St, Portland 04101
This meeting is designed for trans people (including non-binary and gender non-conforming identities) 35 years and older. Topics are varied, but special attention is given to aging while trans, transitioning later in life, and issues involving significant others, children, and grand children.
