* Though we offer a one hour crash course session, we believe strongly that our two hour session is much more useful to the groups we train. Therefore, we have made our two hour sessions cheaper than our one hour sessions to incentivize more training time.

** Consultation hours include discussions of personnel issues, record keeping, training design, and other topics of interest more useful to a small training audience (such as managers) than a full staff training session. It is common for groups to book a full staff training session followed by a smaller consultation hour for a specific department with unique needs.
